NOW PAYING PREMIUM TO JOURNEYMEN AND SUPERVISORS WHO HAVE TAKEN AND PASSED NCCER WRITTEN ASSESSMENT AND/OR PERFORMANCE VERIFICATION IN RELEVENT CRAFT THAT EMPLOYEE IS HIRED FOR.

Add $1.00 per hour to base scale for specific site, if employee has passed NCCER Written assessment OR NCCER Performance verification.

Add $2.00 per hour to base scale for specific site, if employee has passed NCCER Written Assessment AND NCCER Performance verification.

Add $1.50 per hour to base scale for Blytheville site, if employee has passed NCCER Written Assessment OR NCCER Performance Verification

Add $3.00 per hour to base scale for Blytheville site, if employee has passed NCCER Written Assessment AND NCCER Performance Verification
