Pipe Fabrication

Our industrial customers have grown to depend on American Steel to provide all their fabrication needs including Pipe Fabrication. We can start with your pipe spool drawings or our in-house detailing department can produce pipe fabrication spool sheets from your engineering drawings using our Acorn Pipe Systems Software. We have made significant investments in our facility, equipment and development of welding procedures to allow us to be cost competitive in this arena.

As with all types of fabrication, Quality Control is not only a requirement it is a philosophy. American Steel routinely works to ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3 and API standards. Whether your materials are Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Chrome, Inconel, Hastelloy or Aluminum we have the experience to handle your needs no matter what size your job is.
